The Monticello Police Department is a full service law enforcement agency providing around-the-clock service to Monticello, Kentucky

The Monticello Police Department is a full service law enforcement agency that proudly provides patrol, criminal investigation and public safety services to the citizens of Monticello.

We employ 10 sworn police officers and 2 non-sworn administrative personnel. All officers are graduates of certified police academies and are certified as peace officers by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council.
